Returns & Exchanges
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer you the option of a store credit or exchange for another item within 14 days of receiving the package.
Please note: Custom pieces, made-to-order rugs, home ritual products, sale merchandise, and items purchased during promotional periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of a confirmed defect or fault by Areco). Return shipping from certain countries to the UK may be expensive, so please take this into consideration. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for any returns, as we cannot accept liability for items that are lost or damaged during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure returns are securely packaged to prevent damage.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will proceed with issuing a refund or store credit to the original payment method or a gift card. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of delivery for your return to be reviewed and your credit or refund issued.
All returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Returns that show signs of wear, are altered, or returned in poor condition may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
Important: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returned items. This fee will be automatically deducted from the refund or store credit issued.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
